Steps were taken to Repair a Transformer:
- Inspection of primary and secondary coils to know if any short circuits or winding burns happened.
- Impedance and voltage levels.
- Behavior of the transformer during power supply (AC or DC depending on the transformer type).

Re-design services: To meet performance requirements we are able to incorporate short circuit strength improvements, KVA upgrades, voltage changes, reduced losses, LTC modernization, sound level reduction.
Emergency replacements: We have a computerized inventory system of available transformers. We can respond quickly to your problem for replacements.
Emergency repairs: When a replacement transformer is not available. However,we will work out on your transformer on priority basis , so your site won’t be suffered.
Full testing: We provide certified test reports based on standards established by Electrical Research & Development Authority (ERDA), Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) .
